October is relationship school, and class is absolutely in session. We spent Virgo season talking about devotion. The tiny choices. The rituals. The systems. The seemingly small things that quietly become the architecture of our lives. Then Libra season arrived and asked: okay, but who are you practicing life with?
Because none of us are doing this alone.
Friends. Partners. Clients. Collaborators. Family. Neighbors. The person who sends you the voice note at exactly the right time. The person who says your name in a room you aren't in. The person whose belief in your vision helps you remember your own.
This is all brought to our awareness under Libra. And Libra gets flattened into "relationships" and "balance" when the deeper medicine is right relationship.

And THAT is the assignment this month. Especially because this is not exactly going to be a chill little pumpkin-spice October.
Venus stations retrograde on October 3 and begins a 40-day journey through Scorpio and Libra, reviewing love, money, beauty, pleasure, desire, worth, and relationships. She hasn't made this exact retrograde journey through Scorpio and Libra since fall 2018, making this an especially interesting month to notice what has changed in the way you relate since then.

And, as we wrap, just a few reminders: the right relationship won't always be easy. The right friend won't always agree with you. The right collaborator won't always think exactly like you. The right partner can't magically heal every wound. But right relationships create enough safety for truth. Enough space for boundaries. Enough reciprocity for both people to receive. Enough freedom for both people to evolve. And enough love that neither person has to disappear.
The assignment isn't ME versus WE. It's learning how to stay fully ME while building a more powerful WE.
